3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be defined prior to the start of each project.

Typically:

• A deposit is required to secure the project
• Remaining balance is due before final delivery

Payments are non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Timelines

Project timelines will be estimated at the beginning of the project.

Delays in communication, feedback or required materials from the client may impact delivery timelines.

Elorah is not responsible for delays caused by the client.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary content, assets and information in a timely manner
• Review and provide feedback within agreed timelines
• Ensure that all provided materials are legally owned or properly licensed

6. Revisions

Projects include a limited number of revisions, as defined in the project agreement.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the final approved deliverables become the property of the client.

Elorah retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Third-Party Tools

Projects may include third-party tools, plugins or platforms.

Elorah is not responsible for issues, updates or changes related to third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Elorah is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services.

We do not guarantee specific business results, including revenue or conversion outcomes.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project under agreed conditions.

Any work completed up to the termination point will be billed accordingly.

11. Confidentiality

All client information and project details will be treated as confidential and will not be shared without consent.

12. Changes to Terms

Elorah reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
